The visit includes room measurements plus a quick slab flatness and moisture check, because accurate prep pricing is impossible without them. You are under no obligation to book after receiving the quote.
What information should I have ready before my estimate visit?
Helpful but not required: approximate square footage or room count, the floor type you're considering, whether old flooring needs removal, and any HOA or condo association flooring rules that apply to your building. If you don't have your association's flooring addendum handy, we can help you request the right document from your property manager.
Do you come out to condos and HOA-governed buildings for estimates?
Yes — condos and HOA communities are a large part of our work in Bradenton, Sarasota, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island.
