Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of bradentonflooring.com (the "Site") and describe the general framework under which Bradenton Flooring LLC ("Bradenton Flooring," "we," "us") provides flooring services. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
1. The Site is informational
Content on the Site — including published price ranges, product comparisons and guides — is provided for general information about the Gulf Coast flooring market. It does not constitute an offer, and prices shown are market ranges, not quotes for your specific project.
2. Estimates are non-binding until signed
Written estimates we deliver describe scope and pricing based on the conditions observed at the time of measurement. An estimate becomes a binding agreement only when both parties sign a work order or contract. Estimates are typically honored for 30 days from issue unless a different validity period is stated on the document. If concealed conditions are discovered after work begins — for example, subfloor damage hidden beneath existing flooring — any additional cost will be presented as a written change order for your approval before the extra work proceeds.
3. Scheduling, access and site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on scheduled dates, maintain working HVAC during material acclimation and installation as flooring manufacturers require, and disclose any HOA or condominium association rules that apply to the property. Delays caused by association approvals, material backorders or conditions outside our control adjust the schedule accordingly; we will keep you informed of any changes.
4. Payment
Payment terms — including any deposit, progress payments and final balance — are stated on your signed work order. Final payment is due upon completion of the final walkthrough unless your contract states otherwise.
5. Workmanship warranty
Installations are covered by our written workmanship warranty, the terms, duration and exclusions of which are set out in the warranty document delivered at project completion. The workmanship warranty covers installation labor; product performance (wear, fading, manufacturing defects) is covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf where applicable. Warranty service requires that the floor has been maintained according to the written care plan provided at handover. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Florida consumer protection law.
6. Site content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, page designs, graphics, photographs, the "47-Point Coastal Subfloor & Install Protocol" name and checklist structure, and the Bradenton Flooring name and logo — is owned by Bradenton Flooring LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; reproduction, scraping or republication for commercial purposes requires our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false estimate requests, attempting to disrupt the Site's operation, or using automated tools to harvest content or contact information.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp, Thumbtack and Angi. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding availability or freedom from error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site (which is zero). Liability relating to flooring services is governed by your signed contract and applicable law — nothing here reduces the protections your contract or Florida law provides.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site or these terms will be resolved in the state courts located in Manatee County, Florida, unless your signed service contract specifies a different dispute-resolution process.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
