Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026. This policy explains what information Bradenton Flooring LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use bradentonflooring.com or contact us about a project, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our estimate form, call, text, email, we receive the details you choose to share β€” typically your name, phone number, email address, city, the flooring service you're interested in, and any project description, photos or documents (such as floor plans or HOA flooring rules) you send along. If you become a customer, we also collect the project address and payment-related details needed to perform the work and issue invoices.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use standard analytics tools that set cookies and collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website and approximate (city-level) location. This data is aggregated and used to understand how visitors use the site; it does not identify you by name.

2. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

β€’ respond to your estimate request and schedule measurement visits;
β€’ prepare, send and follow up on written quotes;
β€’ perform and document flooring work you hire us for, including warranty records;
β€’ communicate with you by phone, text, email β€” using the channel you contacted us on;
β€’ improve our website, service pages and response times through aggregate analytics;
β€’ meet legal, tax and insurance obligations that apply to our business.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your contact details with other contractors or marketing lists. Your project photos are never published without your explicit permission.

4. When information is shared

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate β€” for example, our website hosting provider, form-processing service, email platform and, where applicable, payment processor β€” and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses analytics cookies to measure traffic and page performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to function normally. Third-party messaging tools you choose to use (such as ) are governed by their own privacy policies in addition to this one.

6. Data retention

Estimate inquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can honor quoted pricing and follow up if you return to the project later. Customer records β€” contracts, invoices, moisture logs, checklists and warranty documents β€” are retained for the duration of your workmanship warranty plus the period required by Florida record-keeping and tax rules.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our business accounts and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) on this website. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we limit collection to what the work actually requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (941) 274-5560. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required for warranty, legal or tax purposes. Text and threads can be ended by replying "STOP" at any time.

9. Children's privacy

Our services and website are directed at adults arranging flooring work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we will delete any such information brought to our attention.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active customers will also be communicated directly.

11. Contact
